COVID-19 Updates
By paying for your session, you acknowledge that all quests aged 16 and over are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and you will provide proof of vaccination upon entry.
Images and Files
Images and files are individually assessed and checked, and are uploaded to a cloud based file server in JPEG (maximum quality) file format. The files can be read by PC and/or MAC systems.
Images with Digital Backdrops
Images with digital backdrops are not included in any of our packages. Images with digital backdrops are only available as an additional bonus to customers in the event that the baby has settled into a certain pose that is suitable for a digital backdrop. We reserve the right to select the photos for digital backdrops in the event if we have at least one photo of the baby suitable to be able to utilise a digital backdrop. It solely at the photographer’s discretion as to whether to include an image with the digital backdrop as a bonus.

Delivery of finished work
Finished work is delivered within 1 – 5 working days of completion of shoot. Rush rates may apply to urgent work, ie. within 24 hours. We currently deliver client’s photos through free online storage WeTransfer.com. Once the photos are uploaded to WeTransfer.com our work is considered completed. It is customer’s responsibility to collect images within a certain timeframe given by WeTransfer.com as per the e-mail instructions. We do not keep any photos after we have uploaded them into WeTransfer.com
Printable images
We do not provide any printed images. We only provide edited digital images via WeTransfer.com free online storage.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Baby Photography Australia has a strict refund policy. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then Baby Photography Australia sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchase an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Baby Photography Australia, before receiving the incorrect photograph. Refunds will not be given due to not liking a photo or selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Baby Photography Australia will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.
Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Baby Photography Australia does, of course guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect. Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that all photographs may be viewed by the client on our website prior to purchase, once orders have been sent, Baby Photography Australia has a strict NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY.
Events Photography
Refunds are covered in the following guidelines:
Where a deposit payment is made and photo shoot is scheduled and the photo shoot is cancelled, there will be no refund.
Where a full payment is made and photo shoot is scheduled and the photo shoot is cancelled, there will be no refund.
NO PHOTOS OR VIDEO ALLOWED TO BE TAKEN BY CUSTOMERS WHILE IN THE STUDIO.
You will be charged an additional $450 fee if you take a photo or video for being in breach our Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions.
Family photo shoot
We can allow up to 5 people per photo shoot (2 adults only) depending on the package you purchase.

If a deposit is made it is not refundable under any circumstances
If a full payment is made it is not refundable under any circumstances
Re-scheduling your photo shoot
Once your photo shoot have been scheduled and the time slot have been allocated to you, confirmed and purchased (with the deposit or in full) it can not be re-scheduled or refunded.
If it rains at your scheduled time on the day of your Outdoor photo shoot:
We will review the weather on the morning of your Outdoor photo shoot. It is at our discretion as to whether your allocated time can be changed in the event of wet weather. If it is raining at the time of your allocated photo shoot, then the photographer will reschedule to a new time slot. In the event of good weather your allocated time cannot be changed.
Editing
We provide colour and lighting correction to all our images. We do not modify faces or body parts as such we do not remove scars, rushes, pimples or dry skin.
Promotional photo shoots and right to your images
By purchasing our “Promotional” low cost packages you agree for us to have the right to all your images and display them on our website and social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram. If for any reason after you have used our “Promotional” services you don’t want us to display your images you will need to cover the full cost of the photo shoot, use of our props and equipment and all images editing – total cost of $2000.
Studio preparation
The studio will be prepared according to the package you have purchased as such if you have purchase “Baby Photo Shoot” package the studio will be prepared with Baby backdrops and props and will not be prepared for the “Family Photo Shoot” and family backdrops.
Weekend bookings
Weekend bookings charged at a higher rate due to higher labour cost as per NSW Industrial relations guidelines.
Afternoon bookings
Afternoon bookings charged at a higher rate due to higher labour cost as per NSW Industrial relations guidelines.
Non Refundable Booking Fee
You are allocating your time with Photographer by placing your order with the Non Refundable Booking Fee. Your time slot is fixed and can not be re scheduled or cancelled. If you have a change of mind or for any other reason the Non Refundable Booking Fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Payment
Each photo session has to be paid in full before the photo session. Photo session will not start until the full payment is received.
In the event of booking a package that includes several photo shoots with the Booking Deposit, the package has to be paid in full before the first photo session.
If the full package payment is not received on the day of your first photo shoot, your order will be cancelled and the Non Refundable Booking deposit will not be refunded.
If you are late
Please arrive in time as we have several shoots booked daily back to back. We have confirmed bookings prior to and after your allocated time slot. For this reason, we can not be flexible or extend your allocated booking time. In the event that you are late you will lose your allocated time and it can not be made up or rescheduled at a later time slot or date. We would not expect other customers to interfere with your time slot in the studio. And we would not expect you to interrupt our other customers as well.
If you are late full payment is still required.
If you have arrived 20 minutes before the end of your session or later, no maternity dresses or baby props will be provided due to insufficient time to change.
If you have arrived 20 minutes before the end of your indoor session or later, you will not be able to enter our studio and remaining time left from your session will be provided to you outdoor outside the studio.
Variation to schedule time
Due to unforeseen circumstances, on occasion we may need to start your session later than your allotted time. In this event your session will also finish later and you will receive the exact amount of time booked.
Timeframe for e-mail response
Please allow us between 3-4 business days to respond to your e-mail. If you have urgent enquiry related to your upcoming booking please call us on 0405 080 636.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as outdoor venue closures, flights cancellations, lockdowns etc. your paid photo shoot will not be refunded and will be rescheduled. In the event of lockdown your session will be rescheduled within 14 days from the end of the lockdown. The onus is on you to contact us within 48 hours from the end of lockdown or another unforeseen event to request and accept an appointment. In the event that you elect not to contact us within 48 hours from the end of lockdown or did not accept any time slots offered within 48 hours or did not come within the timeframe of 14 days after the lockdown, we are not obliged to allocate you another session time slot. Your time with photographer will be forfeit and no refund will be provided.
Overstay
You MUST leave our studio at the end of your paid allotted time.
1 minute overstay or longer will be charged at the hourly rate of $560. Your images will not be sent to you until the due overstay fee is paid in full.
Our maternity dresses MUST be returned BEFORE your allotted time has finished. If you do not return our maternity dress prior to the end of your session then an overstay fee of $560 will apply and must be paid before you receive your photos. Your images will not be sent to you until the due overstay fee is paid in full.
Siblings / Children over 1yo Policy – Important Note
Our studio is NOT DESIGNED to have children over 1yo as guests. We have lighting, electrical and various other equipment in use. Therefore children over 1yo are invited for the first 10 minutes of the session for family photos ONLY. Children over 1yo MUST be taken away from the studio IMMEDIATELY once family photos are taken. Please do NOT expect our photographer to remind you to remove your child from our studio. It is YOUR responsibility to follow our Studio Safety policy. You will be charged an additional $450 fee if you do not take your child over 1yo away within 10 minutes for being in breach our Safety Policy Terms and Conditions of which you have agreed to when purchasing your package online. For the safety of our customers and our staff, surveillance cameras record every session.
Additional Person Payment Policy
If you’ve added an extra person to your session without payment, you’re responsible for the full payment for that additional individual before receiving your photos. Your photos will not be released until the full amount for the extra person included in your session is received. Your photos will be kept for 14 days after your session ONLY. In the event that we did not receive the full amount for an extra person included into your session, your photos will be deleted from our system after 14 days from your session.
Inclusions of extra people require extra photography and editing work, extra transfer and files storage; therefore, our pricing structure clearly indicates inclusions BEFORE you place your order.
It is YOUR responsibility to follow your order inclusions. Photographer is NOT responsible for payments and / or inclusions on the day of the session.
Nappies
We do not take nappies off during our photo sessions
Feeding a child over 1yo
We are required to keep our studio clean so you will not be able to feed a child over 1 year old in our studio.
Video surveillance
For safety our studio is under constant video supervision
Inappropriate behaviour
We expect our clients to respect our photographers and show polite behaviour. If our client shows aggressive behaviour during our photo sessions, they will be asked to leave the studio immediately for our photographer’s safety. No refund will be provided. Police report might be issued.
In the event if customer has demonstrated inappropriate behaviour while inside our studio, and have been asked to leave the studio, the customer will then have 1 minute to collect all their belongings and leave. If after photographer’s first request the customer is still inside the studio after 1 minute, by placing this order you give us permission to expel you from our studio with any possible way.
You will be charged an additional $3000 fee if you do not leave our studio immediately within 1 minute after the first request for being in breach of our Safety Policy and Terms and Conditions of which you have agreed to when purchasing your package online. For the safety of our customers and our staff, surveillance cameras record every session.
We have ZERO tolerance to aggression of any sort including conversations via e-mail, phone or social media. If our client shows aggressive behaviour during any type of conversation, such customer will no longer have an access to our studio, phone or social media communication. No refund will be provided.
Unappropriated Behaviour and Cancellation
In the event of any inappropriate behaviour, including intimidation or false allegations, we reserve the right to cancel any promotional offers or discounts associated with our services for our stuff safety and to avoid further confrontations.
If part of the photography service has already been received, the full price based on the amount of images received must be paid, regardless of any promotions or discounts.
Equipment and safety
Please do not touch our studio equipment. If you bring children over 1 yo to the studio please do not let them touch our equipment. If you or your child breaks any of our equipment you will be charged.
Shoes
You MUST remove your shoes and leave them by the door AT ALL TIMES while in our studio.
Fee of $450 will be charged for wearing shoes in our studio. Your images will not be sent to you until the due fee is paid in full.
Packages with free photo shoots
Packages with free photo shoot options are sold as a complete package deal. If buyers elect for any reason not to take up any or all of the package deal, no refunds in part or full can be provided. In case of unforseen circomstances the free photo shoot will be cancelled and no refunds in part or full can be provided.
Newborn or Baby photo shoot time frame
We reserve your studio time according to your EDD (14 days after your baby is due only) or 14 days after actual DOB whichever occurs sooner. The onus is on you to contact us within 48 hours of your baby’s birth to request and accept an appointment. In the event that you elect not to contact us within 48 hour of your baby’s birth or did not accept any time slots offered within 48 hours, or did not come within the timeframe of 14 days after your baby’s DOB, we are not obliged to allocate you another studio time slot. Your studio time will be forfeit and no refund will be provided.
If your baby was born before the weekend or a Public Holiday, you MUST notify us BEFORE the start of the weekend or a Public Holiday. The onus is on you to contact us before the start of the weekend or a Public Holiday to request and accept an appointment. In the event that you elect not to contact us before the start of weekend or a Public Holiday, or did not accept any time slots offered , or did not come within the timeframe of 14 days after your baby’s DOB, we are not obliged to allocate you another studio time slot. Your studio time will be forfeit and no refund will be provided.
Wet weather
In the wet weather event outdoor photo shoots will be rescheduled within the next 3 weeks of your original photo shoot date. If you have booked the maternity photo shoot and in the wet weather event your photo shoot have been rescheduled and the baby is born before the rescheduled photo shoot, no refund will be issued. For this reason we do not recommend booking maternity photo shoots after 36 weeks of pregnancy.
Indoor Location for Baby sessions:
Our studios are conveniently located in the Woolworth building, offering access to restrooms, cafes, free parking, benches and a covered waiting area for customers who arrive early for their session. Please call us on arrival on 0405 080 636 to notify us of your arrival and we will collect you next to Woolworth for your convenience.

Cash Receipts
If you pay cash in the studio you will receive a cash receipt. Please collect your cash receipt DURING YOUR SESSION WHILE YOU ARE IN THE STUDIO. We clean our studio after each session. If you leave your cash receipt in the studio it will not be kept and CANNOT be e-mailed or texted to you after your session is finished.
If you are in breach of any part of our terms and conditions
If you have purchased low cost promotional package and If you are in breach of any part of our terms and conditions you will then become liable for paying full price for the service provided to you.
