Hire Baby Photography Australia! After extensive research for both a maternity shoot and newborn shoot, I settled on working with BPA. I loved the representation of their work on their website and felt like they would be able to capture the types of images my husband and I were interested in.
I put in a request online for information and heard back within 24 hours from their customer support team. They e-mailed me to answer questions and explain their packages. This e-mail immediately set them apart from the other photographers I had reached out.
Unfortunately due to scheduling issues, we weren’t able to work together for the maternity shoot but as my due date approached I made sure to contact BPA and schedule our newborn session. This is where our photographer won me over all over again. In our conversation, she explained to me in detail how the shoot would work and what to expect. I felt immediately at ease when she explained that sometimes the shoots are challenging and if we faced any challenges with the baby, not to panic! I thought this was amazing and showed her understanding of how to work with her subjects as well as how to manage new parents. She booked a date with me in accordance to my due date and we planned to be in touch when I delivered.
Our photographer was just as lovely in person as over the phone – very professional, careful, respectful and so gentle with the baby. They had lot’s of AMAZING props and a backdrop in the studio so once we decided on our set ups, we were able to start the shoot.
I can’t express enough what a pleasure she was to work with. My husband and I both felt totally comfortable with her energy – her skill set was obvious in her handling of the baby and when we needed breaks, she almost seemed to disappear to give us privacy and time to soothe the baby. I knew as the shoot was happening that the photos would be phenomenal because of how relaxed we all felt.
Our photos came exactly 5 days after the shoot (as promised) and they did not disappoint. Our photographer captured some of the most amazing images of our family. I truly loved them all. We are beyond thrilled with our experience as well as the results. I’m so happy that we decided to work with BPA and would highly recommend to anyone looking to do this type of shoot or other family shoots. I am sure we will work with them again soon.

Here’s an absolutely honest review from a very tired parent. You might be wondering if you really want to schedule a newborn photo session for a week after taking your newborn from the hospital. After all, they are a week old and you’ll be exhausted. As someone who had these skepticisms, I can tell you that it will be one of the best things you could do to. Our photographer is more than a photographer, she was a therapist. She made the entire experience so wonderful that we forgot about the sleepless night, we forgot about any anxiety and could simply marvel at the miracle being posed for the cutest pictures. We got two hours of respite from the worries of new parenthood and could just relax and enjoy watching a true pro work.
Now how did the pictures turn out? Well, my wife and I are having a really hard time narrowing down to those that are just for us and those that are for social media. Trust us when we say that the pictures you get will be as good if not better than the ones in her portfolio.

BPA team is amazing! They were referred to us from a relative who could not stop talking about how great she was. We weren’t planning on doing baby photos, but, we decided to last minute and we are so happy we did. Our photographer was extremely patient, skillful, and comfortable handling our newborn. They have stanging items, outfits and accessories in the studio and she was very professional. She asked us detailed questions and tried to get a clear understanding of what types of photos we would be interested in and helped to make them happen with our daughter. I am glad I found BPA on google for newborn photos! She is so patient with my daughter, and managed to capture incredible shots! She was able to get through diaper changes, feedings, and we were at ease having our baby with her. She’s a baby whisperer! I would like to share a wonderful experience during the maternity and newborn photo sessions.
Our photographer considered all of my preferences from the place of the photo shoot, to the my look.
She has a lot of beautiful and unique dresses and hair bands so you do not need to spend a lot of time looking for a beautiful outfit.
She chose the most beautiful places for a photo shoot, very bright and picturesque!
During the photo session, she constantly flew near me like a butterfly, straightened my hair, then the dress, taking care of my immaculate look.
It was very easy to pose with her, she unobtrusively offered her ideas, cheered and joked during the photo session. My photos are just like from the cover of a magazine!
But that is not all !!
After a month and a half, she took photos for our daughters in their studio!
I would like to separately note that in the studio it is very clean, and warm, she also constantly regulated the temperature for my baby girl. She was very carefully and at the same time professionally held my daughter. I was calm and enjoyed the process because I was completely sure that my daughter was in safe hands.
In the studio there are thousands of outfits for children, everything is so cute, unique, I wanted to try everything on my daughter.
Photos are like postcards, I look at them and cry from happiness!
At the first sight it is clear that our photographer is a great workaholic, a fan of her work, and she cares for her clients !!!

Really happy I did newborn photos with BPA. I did my research and found others but in the end our photographer’s aesthetic and sense that she’d take best care of your baby are what convinced me. Seeing the process first hand, you realize how important the photographer’s soft skills are in capturing these precious and fleeting moments. I brought my 2 year old daughter for the shoot, and she quickly felt comfortable with our photographer which made everything go more smoothly.
The other thing is I never got the sense that she is overselling me on the “investment” aspect of newborn photos. Everywhere else, they are stressing this relentlessly and then charging you an arm and a leg for packages, prints etc. Our photographer is just so straightforward – she wants to capture these moments for you and your family with the best of her skills and care. They will provide all digital files. Other studios are trying to charge you an arm and a leg just for prints!
Bottom line – A great experience and wonderful service! You and your family won’t be disappointed.

BPA Photographer did a newborn photo shoot for my 12 day old baby girl. I am so glad I went there to have them done. Is was a referral from another photographer who I highly respect and have worked with before. Our photographer was not only unbelievably professional, but extremely patient with my newborn and very very gentle with her. I was impressed immediately with how patient and calm she was with her. She was like a baby whisperer, calming and soothing my 4 kg baby. I love that she was very conscientious about being very cleanly for the well being of the babies in her studio. Her vision and talent was exceptional and her photos look like they belong on greeting cards. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to do newborn photos.

What an incredible experience!!! I had done my maternity shoot with BPA a couple months ago and had a blast. The pictures turned out amazing and we were extremely happy with our photographer so we decided to also book a newborn session. We just finished our newborn session and I couldn’t wait to write this and share my positive experience. She was incredibly professional and did an amazing job with my baby girl. The entire process of planning the shoot was very smooth. The team responds quickly, very attentive to your needs and is very flexible. Not to mention incredibly sweet and kind!!!
The place is meticulously clean and warm, to make sure your baby is in a warm and comfortable environment. Beautiful natural light comes in through a giant window which makes for a perfect set up. Our photographer took the time to undress and change the baby into an outfit of choice and patiently soothed her. She was able to read the baby’s cues when the baby was hungry or needed a diaper change and reassured us that it was ok to take our time to make sure the baby is fed, happy and satisfied before proceeding with the shoot. She calmly transitioned between set ups and outfits and handled my baby with so much care. I wasn’t sure how we would get through 3 changes without having to stop to attend to the crying but there was no crying! Our photographer was able to achieve so much in a short period of time and with such professionalism. I highly recommend them for your newborn and maternity shoot! You can thank me later.
